Service and operator

Miaovid is operated by Jinan Dashang Network Technology Co., Ltd. It provides AI-assisted narration, video, history and download services. Available features depend on your account and the current release. Read these Terms and the Privacy Policy before using the service.

Accounts

Register with an email address you control and verify it before signing in. Protect your credentials and use only accounts you are entitled to access. Use the email password-recovery flow if you forget your password. Account deletion requires your current password and explicit confirmation.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, disrupt it, make abusive requests, bypass access or billing controls, or submit prohibited content. Prohibited content includes sexual exploitation, violence or terrorism, fraud, defamatory or deceptive material, unlawful advertising, harm to minors, and violations of privacy, image or intellectual-property rights.

Your scripts and assets

You are responsible for the legality, accuracy and permissions of scripts, images and other assets you submit. You retain your rights in original inputs and grant the limited processing, storage and generation permission needed to provide the requested service.

AI processing and review

Requested AI features send relevant scripts, prompts and selected assets to the providers disclosed in the Privacy Policy and current permission statement. AI output can contain errors or bias. Review generated content before using or publishing it and obtain any necessary permissions. AI use does not guarantee accuracy, suitability or freedom from third-party rights.

AI labels

Exported videos include AI-generation metadata. English exports keep a visible AI-assisted label in the current release. Do not maliciously remove, alter, forge or conceal AI identifiers. When publishing, disclose AI-generated content and use the publishing platform’s disclosure tools where required.

Credits, failures and support

Generation uses the credits and access available to your account, with reservation and settlement for each task. This website currently offers no purchase checkout; Apple App purchases do not automatically provide website credits. Do not assume a newly registered account includes credits or every style. For duplicate charges, missing credits or service failures, contact support with the relevant task or order ID for investigation and appropriate credit correction or refund under the applicable rules. Mandatory consumer rights remain available.

Availability and changes

Features may be maintained, updated or adjusted. We make reasonable efforts to restore interruptions, including those caused by infrastructure or AI-provider failures. Review and download outputs within the retention period applicable to your account. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated as required.

Rights and responsibility

Software, interfaces, templates and official assets are protected by applicable rights of the operator and relevant rights holders. You are responsible for how you submit and publish content. Within the limits permitted by law, the operator does not give absolute guarantees about AI output or accept liability for indirect losses from its use. Applicable mandatory rights remain available.

Violations and disputes

Violations may lead to warnings, restricted features, suspended or closed accounts and other remedies available under law. These Terms follow the laws of the People’s Republic of China, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. First contact the operator to seek a resolution; unresolved disputes may be brought before a competent court.
