Help with sign-in, video creation, downloads, credits and account management.

Register, sign in or reset a password

Open Sign in and choose Create account. Enter your email and a password of 12–128 characters, then enter the eight-digit code sent to your inbox. Codes expire after ten minutes. Use Forgot password to request a fresh code for a password reset. Check spam and junk folders. If delivery is unavailable, try again later or contact support; never share your password or verification code.

Create a video

Choose one of five styles, portrait or landscape format, an available English voice and a script. Photo styles need the twelve standard poses listed in the editor. Only upload photos you own or have permission to use. Read and allow the current AI statement in Account → Privacy. If AI services or processing locations are not configured, generation is disabled and no credits are charged.

Before contacting us

• Check that you are signed in to the account that owns the video.
• For an unfinished generation task, wait for its status to settle before retrying.
• For a download issue, include the task identifier and your browser and device model.
• Never send your password, verification code or payment credentials by email.

Account and privacy requests

Open Account to withdraw AI permission or delete your account. Withdrawal does not cancel submitted work. Account deletion requires your password, typing DELETE, and completion of active tasks and settlement. If files are awaiting removal, contact support. Read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
