Checkout status

Checkout is not open yet. This website is not currently accepting payments. The pricing page describes the planned one-time credit packs; there is no automatic renewal.

Payment refund requests

For purchases made through Paddle when checkout opens, Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms apply. You can request assistance through Paddle buyer support or contact Miaovid using the email below.

Paddle may review discretionary refund requests submitted within 14 days of a transaction, considering the circumstances and usage. A request does not guarantee approval. Any statutory cancellation or refund rights, including different periods or protections applicable to your location, remain available. Using credits does not by itself remove mandatory consumer rights.

What to include

Provide your account email, order or transaction reference, and the reason for your request. For a generation problem, include the task identifier. Never send your password, verification code or full card details. Approved payment refunds are handled through the payment provider; the arrival time depends on the payment method and financial institution.

Failed generation and missing credits

A generation failure is handled separately from a payment refund: reserved credits are returned when the failed task settles. If credits are missing, a payment appears duplicated, or a task remains unsettled, contact us so we can check its records. Returning generation credits is not the same as returning a card payment.

Credit validity

Paid credit packs have a 730-day validity period. A successful new purchase extends the validity of remaining paid credits. Gifts and credits returned after a generation failure do not renew that period. Credit validity does not extend video storage or download availability. Expiry does not limit any mandatory refund rights.
