Miaovid is operated by Jinan Dashang Network Technology Co., Ltd. (the “Operator,” “we,” or “us”). This policy explains what information this website and related account services process, why we process it, and the choices available to you.

Information we process

• Account information: your verified email address, internal user identifier, nickname, password hash, account status and credit balance. Passwords are not stored in plain text.
• Creative content: the scripts, titles, selected photos, settings, generated files and task history you submit or create.
• Security and service records: email verification challenges, rate-limit records, sign-in credentials, necessary task and billing records, and support messages you choose to send.
• AI permission records: your user identifier, a digest of a random browser identifier, the statement version and text digest, your decision and its time. These receipts do not store your script or sign-in token.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate accounts; provide narration, video, history, download, support and account-deletion features; administer credits; prevent abuse; secure and troubleshoot the service; and meet legal obligations. We do not use this information for cross-app advertising tracking.

Providers and processing locations

Enabled AI providers: Not enabled on this pre-launch information site.

Account and content storage: United States (public website hosting). AI processing locations: AI submissions are not open.

Processing details are not configured. New AI requests are disabled until the service supplies these details.

The Operator is established in China. Privacy laws and government-access rules may differ from those in your country or region. The configured email delivery service receives the address and verification message needed for registration or password recovery. AI services receive only the content needed for the requested processing. This website does not offer Apple sign-in, WeChat sign-in, in-app purchases or voice cloning.

Cookies and file choices

A sign-in cookie authenticates your account. A separate random browser cookie scopes your AI processing permission to this browser; only its digest is stored in permission receipts. These cookies cannot be read by page scripts. Clearing the browser cookie requires a new permission decision. File pickers process only the photos you select and do not scan your library. You can remove uploaded photos from the video settings.

AI permission and withdrawal

Read the current statement in Account → Privacy before allowing AI processing. You can withdraw it there at any time. Withdrawal blocks new AI submissions for this account in this browser; it does not cancel work already submitted. Other browsers have their own permission decisions. You can still sign in, access existing videos and delete your account without granting AI permission.

Retention and account deletion

Verification codes expire after ten minutes and cannot be reused. Generated files remain subject to the retention policy applicable to your account; download the files you need. The website does not promise indefinite storage.

Open Account → Delete account, enter your current password and type DELETE. Active tasks and settlement must finish first. Deletion removes the email link, verification challenges, AI permission receipts, personal history and uploaded photos, removes identified personal output and task files, de-identifies the account and invalidates its sign-ins. Unused credits and account benefits are cleared. Required billing, transaction, security and legal records and existing backups may remain for the applicable period. If a file cannot be removed immediately, access remains disabled and its removal is recorded as pending rather than reported as complete.

Your rights and privacy choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of information associated with your account, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Some requests may require identity verification, and legal exceptions may apply. Contact the operator below for privacy requests.

Children and security

The service is intended for adults and education professionals and is not directed to children. A minor may use it only with the consent and supervision required by local law. Please do not submit private information about children without the necessary authority.

We use access controls, encrypted transport in production, credential protection and account isolation. No system can guarantee absolute security.
